I think you got the wrong game. It was 0-1 until Jeter hit that homerun, Then Joba gave (very sadly) gave up his first major league homerun to Mike Lowe. Then Mo go out of a bases loaded jam in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs and David Ortiz at the plate. Roger Clemens started for the Yanks and Shilling for the Sox.

I sat in right field about five rows up from the Yankee Bull Pen. It was a blast (even in Fenway).

Thanks to the NY Giants huge upset in beating the Patriots in the Super Bowl the sports universe has been rocked back into natural order. It was out of order when the Red Sox came back 3 straight vs the Yankees and went on to win their first championship.
