  • Brilliant player. Energy n style. Stellar

  • Played a lot of music with this fellow at Lark in the morning camp.

  • Joey Abarta is teaching Uilleann Pipes and Bodhran Drum at Golden Toad Music and Dance Camp in June, 2010. GoldenToadCamp. com

  • Outstanding!

  • I had the pleasure of meeting him and listening to him play on a visit to a music shop in Marin County. He played for an hour with John Pedersen. Absolutely floored me. I had to crawl out on my hands an knees, wiping my eyes.

Needless to say, I was shortly learning "The Song of the Chanter" and "Out on the Ocean". When something like that transforms you, you just have to go with the flow.

  • Excellent! c

  • Go on, Joey! Lovely!

  • This performance is great! I love the powerful foot stomping together with regulators accompanying a lively reel. This is real dance music!

  • he is really good who made his set of uilleann pipes

  • Michael Hubbert

  • Fantastic it does not get much better

  • He's only 11 years old and he only took up the pipes this morning...
