@megamergez15 - the person that disliked this video probably ONLY disliked it because you can HARDLY hear the singing. That's the only reason I'd dislike this video. But c'mon... it's John P Kee! You can't dislike even if you wanted to. LOL!
Now this is old time gospel music. It takes you back to your baptist roots and upbringing. Praise God for John P Kee and old time gospel/baptist music.
Oh my Word!!!! I can truly say that this IS my heritage!!!! I grew up with this type of music!!! WHEW!!! To God be the Glory!!! :) Thank you for posting this! Be blessed!!
hearing this song brought tears to my eyes,..i remember when my granny & pawpaw used to play this song in the morning while everybody was getting together to eat a BEAUTIFUL breakfast,...now im 16, pawpaws gone on, and everythings different now,... :'(
Amen!!! I can remember my great grandfather singing this when i was growing up; he passed a few years ago at age 94 but he went out singing and praying!!!
Gospel and secular singers should be made to listen to this and see that you don't need no music to make music with first true instrument, the voice! Let's go back to real singing and not all this electronic mumbo jumbo that makes you should so bad! This is a classic jam and should be put back in regular gospel music rotation! John and the Choir it back to the tambourine and the foot stomping, before the organist caught the Pastor's key sanging! You all remember that!
