Yes, keep me posted. I try not 2 eat out alot. I've cut out the soda as well as bread. I haven't eaten beef and pork in over 18 years. I do eat chicken and turkey though but, I remove the skin and bake it. To season my chicken i'll use vinagrette dressing. It gives your meat a nice flavor. i'm trying 2 eat healthier. My problem is portion control. I tend 2 over eat.
Sister, thank u for making this video. I'm 5ft 2in. and weigh 177 lbs. I am so disgusted with myself. My doctor putting me on medication is what led 2 me gaining weight. What I'm doing 2 try 2 loose is counting calories and portion control. Being that the weather will be turning warm I'll start walking. Other than that I don't know what else 2 do. From my understanding dieting doesn't work. Well, that's what I heard, anyway!
@NoLyeNappy4Life - no problem , i don't count calories , i just to eat less of wat i eat normally and if im still hungry ill drink lots of water no juice or soda, cut out fast foods (this is a must)...for excerices, i dance alot put on your favorite music and dance ..keep that heart pumping ...its fun and you lose weight :-) try it ...i will post video on things i do for weight loss ..
