I just have a tiny question that is not related to your video. I only put like black eyeliner on my eyes (I'm not really for make-up and stuff). but it smudges. how can I stop it? (smudging). I out cream, then lil bit of liquid powder so I can easily remove it. but it still smudges. can I stop it somehow?
