To allgoo19: I will say I do know acts of terrorism towards anyone is unlawful. Some attacks that come to mind are as follows: World Trade Center (x2), Shanksville, Pentagon, Munic, Lockerbee, Spain, Germany, Japan, Africa, Oklahoma(American attacker), Riyad, Fort Hood to name a few. So to answer your question I firmly believe the detention of the detainees in Cuba is just when it comes to intel and in the interest to national security.

@BrotherYounis Whomever people happened to worship, they believe is a true god. For instance, I believe that the God of Jesus is the only true God, which means I do not believe that Jesus is God. I was told by some Christians that I will burn in hell for not believing that Jesus is God. Some Muslims told me that I will burn in hell if I do not believe that the God of Muhammad is the only true God. My choice is to trust no human except Jesus and Jesus said that his God is the only true God.

Oh I see, he joined the army national guard. He volunteered to join but didn't want to do his job or go where he was ordered to go to. Folks I have seen guys like this many times in the military after 24 years of service. I have been around the world and to Guantanamo Bay. Its a prison and its not suppose to be a country club for people who want to kill America.

Hmm, it seems these American cafeteria sort of solders are spoiled brats by comparison, what do you think? Me think, you surely would agree that the solders who disobey orders should be water-boarded to get their bratness out and make them to remember that they were hired to just obey the orders. LOL

@LuciaMuse The American military members must disobey illegal orders. The soldier you are refering to in my professional opinion is a substandard member. In my 24 years of service I was never given an illegal order and I served with pride and professionalism and obeyed all the seniors appointed over me. The comments I have seen on here from non military people amazes me. Without proper first hand experiences or the need to know clearenances; it is all BS from the news media.

@allgoo19 Based on his comments (he stated he is considered trailor trash), the way he carries himself makes me believe he is not all there. This is personal opinion mind you. I do not know this lad personnally or really know what he has been through. I do know he is young and may not know what the mission is and why we are doing it clearly. He did not have to join the military but yet he did. I do not know what kind of treatment you are refering to.

Do you think the treatment of detainee in Gitmo is lawful? It's probably not your concern if it's lawful or not. It's not where problem is at.

In his judgement, he thought it was "illegal order" and many civilians and even some people in military thought it was.
