If Cyclohm is Electric/Dragon type, shouldn't Starmie's Tbolt have done like nothing? Cyclohm is supposed to 4x resist Electric attacks.

Probably a already existing pokemon. From what I understand, Kazo had to override 6 existing and place these six in there place, and what there opponent sees are the six pokemon he replaced with. That's just a guess though.

yea, I have to replace exsisting ones, I tryed to battled with a Missingno once, pokemon slots 495+ and I kept getting a wifi error message when trying to connect. I guess nintedo has checks in place to prevent people from using invalid pokemon on wifi.
