Why do the police and crown keep trying there best to give the hole of the police force a bad name. You would like to think that child safty cases should be looked into a lot closer, every one is losing, by the police not questioning every one Hollie has named, it is clearly not good for England and scotland, we need people who come to our contry to feel there children are safe.

In Scotland, anyone can be charged with BOTP, for literally anything at all, even for completely passive acts. It's a blanket charge. It also carries heavy penalties.

Article 7 of the HRA states that 'no-one may be charged with an a offence which is not an identfiable crime' -Therefore I fail to see how this situation can be legal.

Meanwhile, the police are singularly reluctant to act against hoodlums who ARE disturbing the peace. Figure that one out.

So if I understood it right:

any British citizen in Britain can stand for Parliament;

if you do so on a platform of unveiling child abuse and then walk through Aberdeen carrying a bag of leaflets, youcan be arrested;

you will then be kept in solitary confinement for four days with no legal representation;

until you an appear in court, you may not enter the county in which you were found carrying a bag of paper.

I feel a lot safer now, shame nothing can be done for the abused children!
