Rockefeller's uncle Winthrop colonized Arkansas, another poor, uneducated state, as did Jay-Boy to WV. Both states just happen to be mired in Mountaintop Coal Removal; both men with Coal ties. You're right about Arksansas. However, the Rockefeller family colonized WV first. West Virginia was among the biggest suppliers of petroleum to Rockefeller family's Standard Oil Company. We are an internal colony for corporate America. This state is actually quite rich, but it's been plundered so hard that the people live in penury.
