As far as I know, all it is is sea salts processed by a P.H solution , so I assume it can't be too bad for you, just minerals that your body probably needs in this world of processed foods. I respect the freedom of speech. That being said, this video is a big load of crap. The only thing I agree with is that energy drinks are not good for you. Not because they are part of some conspiracy plot, but because they are loaded with sugar and caffeine. Real ormus is good for the body and mind.
