can someone help me out here they say the average circumference of the adult head is somewhere at 23"-24" or 54-60 cm i measured mine and its at 21 1/2 inches 51cm would u say i have microcephly cuz iam not a retard and i function every way as a normal human being but one thing that everyone keeps saying that my head looks small that's because of my big solid shoulders and chest, I looked back at my photos of when i was a child and everything looked proportional
This is what happend to my brother, aquired microcephaly. My parents had a lawsuite against the doctor for many, many years. After so many deposisions, and such a long time, my parents lost their case.
My brother, Robert, had as "normal" a life one can expect for someone profoundly retarded. Robert died a few years ago at age 32.
It's painful to think about his passing. I wish I could have been more of a siater to him.
So an individual that suffers hypoxia at birth will get acquired microcephaly (somethimes). I have the opposite giocephaly. You also have things like dolichocephals (many brits) and brachycephals (many franks).

There is another good video of someone with Cerebral Palsy by Dr. Bob Segalman on Youtube and the title is "Telephone access for AAC users".

@Afrosamuri06 Judging by your language skills, I would say you are in fact retarded.
