I'm an American and I love this show, and humor isn't relative to where someone lives, its relative to your social background and what you personally think is funny.

Yes. Some Brits can be really annoying with their "you can't understand British humour" nonsense. Some cultural references may not be understood, but so what. You don't hear Americans saying that Brits can't understand The Simpsons or This Is Spinal Tap.

I love this series. I was able to get it on DVD.

I highly recommend any fan do the same. They even have commentary done by the "actors"

Though it's a diffrent region so I suggest getting a region free DVD player or a DVD player program for your computer
