What class of boats does Canada use to do patrol? as the Aussies use the Arm-idle class but the orca looks the closest despite being a training boat.

@swisscosmo Maritime Coastal Defense Vessels (MCDVs) are used for coastal and inter-coastal patrol

@swisscosmo We use MCDVs for patrol. Australia uses the Armidale class.

The Orca is based on the Pacific-Class.
