  • That is incredible, well done.

  • Heavy weight. But why the belt and knee wraps for?

  • @m5p944 My back and knees.

  • @ptarleton Well if those two are your weak points why don't you make them stronger? Why do you limit their performance. Strong knee tendon and low back is must for olympic weightlifters. Learn from them. The only true squaters out there. Period. Get rid off that gear and jump on 7 days per week double squating sessions. Push through adaptation phase and I gurantee you in 4 months you become an animal.

  • @m5p944 I have a bone spur at the base of my femur and a herniated disk. These injuries will never heal without surgery, so I use what I can to work around them. Weightlifters aren't the only legitimate squatters. Besides, many weightlifters use belts and/or wraps: Klokov, Koklyaev, Chigishev, and Alexeev come to mind. I'm a law school student so I don't have time to train 14x a week. Maybe I'd be more apt to follow your advice if you had some videos of yourself or people you train...

  • great squats thats crazy doing them with one arm. I dont see how you wouldnt get noticed doing squats with your arm in a cast lol
