your reaction is normal. it just seems perhaps you weren't ready for a relationship back then, or perhaps you were afraid of only you know why. It seems like you are living in the past, you feel troubled with that past memory. The answer depends entirely in yourself. Hope you find your answer. =)

i feel that there is a cause or root of that insecurities....could it be she/he lost trust to that person you love coz having an affair with someone else and the hardest thing is it could be someone you know and eventually the relationship crumbles..........no matter how much you love each other if you cant work it out physically together it will not work anymore.......

It doesn't matter what you think of love. You do have the choice to love or not to, but you do have to accept that it is part of life. Getting a real job, hmm, meeting new acquaintances always leads to something..well, you should believe in what you believe, I suppose you have more pride, but that's acceptable, its life.

love is a mysterious force...not an emotion..emotions we can control, but force we can't, nor change, love goes with the flow, sadly, broken hearted or true, friendship comes out best after a bad relationship ^^, if possible..which some relationships do end up as friendship :)
