  • the fragments are being implanted so everyone can slowly be cooked til there are enuff in them they can send bolts of energy thru the MICROWAVE towers they are putting up everywhere .....appearing as cell towers.....and it will get to the point they can be ZAPPED instantaneously......control yes.....death when they desire....yes
