@UberSonicFan3 I'm thinking of doing another version of this fusion. One that cuts out the "WHOO! OH YEAH!" from the original version so that resonance isn't there in the beginning, then have the synced vocals from the original with this one's ending. Not sure how soon I'd get to that one though. Not really in much of a fusion mood; at least, not until official new tracks come out.

And by official, I don't mean those live recordings from TGS 2011.

"It's available, just so complex that fusing it will be difficult. If I want to try it, I want to do something special, considering a certain remix near the end of it. Plus there's a new portion that'll be hard to have merged with unless I cut the song short, but I kinda don't want to. We'll see what happens..."

Sonic adventures 2 just for the dreamcast is way better then modern day sonic games such as Sonic generations despite it being older.

@sonicboom1212 Trust me, if there was an instrumental version of the Generations Classic remix, I would in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, there is none. I'd attempt removing the vocals myself but those never sound good.

Could you try mashing the Generations version with the prototype version from The Trial? I'd love to see how that would turn out.

@BobombDom Not quite. The prototype has a lead guitar which plays in the place of the vocals. Search for SA2 - Trial (City Escape - Original Theme)

@SuperSonicSoundwave for the most part, it's the same. The instrumental version just has singing in the "follow me, set me free" part, but that is pretty much the only difference.
