this is great you can see what the music means to them before they become self-conscious, self-styled rock stars that front like they're too cool and bored with music to show any passion on stage. they also seem more like a unified band with everyone dancing around freely - usually everyone else looks like julians backing band, too afraid or unimportant to assert themselves and rock out, nick especially is much cooler here, dancing around, falling down. rock is freedom.
