All good. But the 3rd one is very melodic and so bluesy that you can relax.

2nd is good, but he looks like a cartoon character. But with the lick of jazz and blues, his solo is amazing, very unique and melodic.

the 1st placer has technique and the vibrato is so good that his vibrato and melody matches correctly.

The guy in thrid played a beautiful composition but when listening to it all I got was a more ballad like "Wonderful Slippery Thing" it's plainly obvious that Guthrie is his primary guitar influence and I don't want to see Guthrie I would have typed in Guthrie Govan if I wanted to listen to him.

@TTyuyTT i think you're misunderstanding me a little bit. He won't play like slash, but if he did play the exact same stuff slash did with the exact amp settings it would sound the same as slash. The guitar you have barely influences your tone which is why that guy gets along fine with his Epiphone

hmm.. so this is what I'll probably face if i go to a guitar competition.. I think the things that I lack for this is the jazz style phrasing, and I'm just beginning it. I love the feeling in these solos and even though I'm super competitive towards other guitar players sometimes, I think these guys are amazing and I'm not upset to admit it

Matias has some nice chops but they mean nothing and are soulless without a good solid vibrato - Ricardo has some really cool licks too, love em but again the same problem, they would have so much more feeling with a nice vibrato -- Silvio definitely deserved to win this. This guy could be someone to watch out for!!
