i noticed the track in the unload dock at the end...just wondering - is the ride tracked the whole way, or is it like poohs honey hunt?

Yes, it is tracked all the way. Just like Midway Mania at DCA is.

hey joe.. do you know how long the longest wait-time was during the day?

I believe the longest "posted" wait time was around 5 hours (300min.) on that first day. However, the actual waiting time would have been about 2.5 hours (150min.). There have been some major screwups in the way they have been calculating standby waits for that attraction.

Yes, this happens every morning. It is especially crazy on the first day of a new attraction or new event.
