  • Yesterday i added the Plank Jumps along with my own regular workout and did a push up after every jump...4 sets of 20...and i've gotta say my knees are sore today so most likely i overdid it but a great workout overall i must say...

  • Dear Suzana, So I don't know of you count calories or not, but if you know could you tell me how many calories I would burn doing this workout? I weigh 125 lbs. and an 5'4" if that helps. . . thanks!

    Can we see some future workouts dedicated (or a heavy emphasis on) to the back side of the body (upper and lower back, hamstrings, calves, and glutes)?

    The back and hamstrings have so much potential to increase overall wellness. I really appreciate how you two have creative ideas on movements within the interval circuits.

  • i do crossfit and its all interval stuff. it reminds me about how you are talking about the 12 minute workouts because it's true. you can stay in shape for just 12 minutes a day.

  • @Vald1971 Haha, She sure looks like it, but I am sure she have at least 6%. As far as I know, 1% means that your organs will not be protected by fat and most likely will be fatal. She does look so extremely fit however which gives you the impression that she have no body fat PERIOD.
