pre work out coffee?? doesnt that increase your heart rate unnecessarily?? i've had a coffee before a couple workouts too, and felt powered, buuuuut is that really safe or wut?
Dear Suzana, So I don't know of you count calories or not, but if you know could you tell me how many calories I would burn doing this workout? I weigh 125 lbs. and an 5'4" if that helps. . . thanks!

i do crossfit and its all interval stuff. it reminds me about how you are talking about the 12 minute workouts because it's true. you can stay in shape for just 12 minutes a day.

@Vald1971 Haha, She sure looks like it, but I am sure she have at least 6%. As far as I know, 1% means that your organs will not be protected by fat and most likely will be fatal. She does look so extremely fit however which gives you the impression that she have no body fat PERIOD.
