You KNOW developers improve games with DLC. They always do. It's just like Crytek being given four years to improve themselves and their engine and failing to do so.
In this DLC they created a whole new engine with a jungle environment and more weapons with a storyline. They didn't do all they could've done with Crysis 2 and couldve left in the features of the first one, so they made DLC to accomplish just that. And you love paying for their mistakes.

That's not the final boss..... well at least not in the PC version. And the name of the marine was Nomad, not Joker.
The final boss in Crysis I was a super alien ship.
