I cant believe when this video was made that we actually wouldnt get the game until 11 months from that point. Atari has been confirmed by Variety in being the new publisher for Ghostbusters and the release window is summer 09 perhaps June 8th or 9th to coincide with the 25th Anniversary of the first movie.

I can't believe that Activision isn't going to publish it seeing that they bought out Sierra who was going to publish it. I say give to it EA or another company let them get the profit along with Ryan French and everyone else that was apart of Ghostbusters from day one.

I just hope that this little stunt by Activision doesn't cause Sony to delay the release until June 2009. I hope that if they are going to delay the release, delay it until the holidays.

I got my information from Ryan French...associate producer at Sierra himself...I first heard about all this like the day before comi-con..so needless to say I was very annoyed but curious..so when I saw him at the demo booth at comi-con I asked...and he said that the release date in october is still sticking..and if anything you can believe him cause he's on the inside.
