Idiot commentator - "Why is the goalie so far off the centerline?" The american commentary style in general does nothing for me. They need to watch some EPL home commentary and actually try to keep up with the game and leave the backstories alone.
I agree. If North American commentators want to really sell the game they will stop trying to explain it to people and get on with it. The way they're always explaining the players histories and the rules people just think it's pathetic.
