I usually express my rage vocally, but not through the mic, of course. It's really hard to NOT get angry at the game: I fire a clip into someone's face, and one bullet from their gun kills me, or I'm one away from my first M.O.A.B and a random grenade kills me. It's a good stress relief to play Call of Duty, but there is definitely a point to where you should cool down, before you throw your Xbox out the window.

The Try-Hard scenario for some reason always happens to me. I get matched against Try-Hard parties, and get matched with a random smattering of players. And I don't really 'Rage quit' I mostly just sigh and mutter "ugh, fuck this noise". Individual Try-hard guys are alright...but a team of B.A.D\pro Type/Dual FMG9 players against me and the folks XBL decided would be a fair fight for Team E-Jock really sucks the fun out of it for me.

i find that i rage alot less when im not serious about getting a good score. Like in Black ops ill just run around like a maniac doing random funny shit and i get like 30 deaths but i dont care cause im not concerned about my score as long as i had fun. But in MW3 where i am much more serious about getting a good k/d i rage so much. I think that i should play MW3 for competetive gaming then when i start to get mad ill switch to black ops to calm down and just have fun.

Hey Brett21492 long time listener first time caller, my comment is if your only reason you would rage is because you were 1 kill away from a MOAB then it would be pretty easy to stay calm, because the fact still remains that you are a beast regardless. but what about those players like me that constantly do bad. ive tried for a MOAB a few times and failed miserably. its hard to stay calm when you are really bad but want to be good.

TBH I've played mw3 in 360 and ps3; ps3 noobs are much more skilled than 360 noobs. I know this sounds stupid, but despite the fact they play in low sensitivity, their reaction times are about the same as MLG gamers and this sucks if you have 3 bar connection because they have a 2 second advantage over you. Such bs, this is why I like BF3 better.

My tip so you don't rage quit is just to think about your Wins/Loses ratio since if you quit you get a loss whatever the score was.
