I've always thought: with music like this, how did this new age of "rap" become popular? You would have thought that any artist that sounded like today's music would have been rejected immediately.
90's - the time hiphop expression was beautifully ORGANIZED ,the safest time we could shuffle our playlists without any KONFUSION ,some of us hardcore listeners spending a good time here without any STRESS ,should seriously plan an EXTINCTION AGENDA to current mainstream.
I laugh when people talk greatest albums of all time. And fill it with bullshit, but Leave out undeniable greatness like OK's Stress the extinction agenda, Showbiz and AG's Runaway Slave, Black Sheeps A Wolf in sheeps Clothing, The Beatnuts, Black Moons Enta da stage.. Mecca and the Soul Brother, LONS T.I.M.E ,..etc...
This was filmed in San Francisco, civic center and the old embarcadero freeway ...see they knew what was up, rep the east to the west, instead of some coast vs. coast hater bullshit. Sick song, love that old school
@GruTv well, technically, it's new school, but i know what u mean. many consider the 83 introduction of run-dmc to be the birth of new school. peace from montreal, keep tru hop alive.
