Hey hooptv, I am trying to increase my jumping ability by doing the training program over at (vert jump training [dot] com) - and thus far gained like 8-9 inches so far but I m still a a little away from dunking on the rim It's still my second week so far, any advices?

Second look at the gear and the uniform, that's the Atlanta Celtics jersey not the The Fighting Irish. Look at their jersey numbers too. And Dwight Howard being hyped? Dude, Howard was never hyped coming out of high school, he was never the clear first overall selection. Back in 2004, it was between him and Okafor.
