when you are typing arguments for a method (like for println in this case), netbeans highlights that area. when you finished, there is no need to manualy go to the end of line with arrow keys - you can do that by pressing "ent.er" once. ok, actualy by pressing enter you just go to next argument, and when there are no more arguments you go to the end of line.
