@TigerEyeJewel Maybe because it's completely different music doo'h and I guess you don't listen to too many numetal bands except for korn/slipknot and maybe deftunes? ^^
i knew wes was a musick god buried in the coffin of that supid prick fred durst... i hope after they make their money (that's what the reunion is about it always is... not friendship) that wes goes back on tour with this band.... they r wicked awesome!
Personally, I'm a bit sick of hearing people comparing BLB to NIN. NIN are already established as a great band, BLB is lesser known but have loads of potential, and they both have their awesome and weak points.
I also see BLB as a rock band with industrial influences, whereas NIN is most definitely a strong example of industrial. You can't really compare bands from different genres, so why yap on about it?
Still, a great band. I hope to see a lot more of BLB in the future.
You can really feel the Reznor influence (Beyond the obvious connection)
On this one I think he coulda blown the hook way over the top... but it's a great first effort (as a "mainstream" rock band, not including Big Dumb Face (Which I thought was really amusing whist being more progressive). In either case it's a huge step up from "Flaccid Dinner Roll".
I think they are better than Nine Inch Nails actually... Like i listen to Nine Inch Nails and i hear something that sounds off... With these guys i just hear perfection.. My opinion i guess.
go on itunes and buy it for a dollar, that happened to me trying to get cruel melody of limewire, so i decided after i heard the whole song that i would buy it for a dollar. i would have bought the album in stores but no one sells this
i'm very picky about the music i like but I have to say i like this along with some of their other songs....i would say they have great potential to make it bigger than they are now
whats going on? limp bizkit trying once again. thought they'd given up on that one. cant believe its ten years since i was rocking to their stuff in the Krazy House (Liverpool).
Borland has that Reznor flow going on this track, sounds Nine Inch Nails inspired (not that it's a bad thing).
If Borland starts a new project, he should focus on making a heavier product, this is good, but Borland's heavy riffs from Limp Bizkit were fucking badass.
Start a new project, get a bad ass lead vocalist, and focus on destroying the pussy rock we're suffering through right now.
?!?!?!!?! WTF?!?!?! WES WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THIS EARLIER?!! The only reason I stomached limp bizkit was wes borland and now...ohmigod. That just goes to show you how fucked up limp bizkit is that wes never got to sing on the albums. He's a pretty damn good singer, when I look at him in limp bizkit he's this stone faced guitarist but now we get to hear what's REALLY going on in his head. Love it.
is the singer lead Wes borland from the OLD limp bizkit ...i tihnk it is just no so sure ahha just wondering peeps dont needa get all angry or nuthin at me
the beginning is so intense. i can never get enough of just listening to it. I want this cd, but you can't get it in where i'm from which sucks, i have to order online.
-if you could burn it out like a tick buried in your hide... -
Fred Durst is not only a fucking idiot for that. he's also a fucking idiot for dancing/singing with rappers and acting like a rapper, and then doing a cover over a whit power metal/punk band.
I fucking love this song
