yeah but if you remember cloud has a few flash back to the time when zack was still alive, even during the crisis core game and even the ova last order they never had him talk to the truck driver to let them off.

In the scene from last order, that part ends with zack telling cloud to duck and the sound of gunfire with a black screen.

In crisis core they have zack talking to him in the truck bed like in the original version of advent children, but the drive leaves in the next scene.

Yo! what's that "On the Way to a Smile" Jazz all about? Is that gonna be another extra to the movie, Or is it something else?

I'm thinkin' It has to do with Aerith, Because there is a book with the same title(I believe, you may have to check on that) that Has to do with Aerith.

On The Way To A Smile is extra character stories. There is Case of Tifa, Case of Denzel (the scene you saw with Denzel and Cloud's phone), Case of Barret and Maiden of the Planet (which is Aerith's story). They're all prior to Advent Children and give a little more in depth look at the character and what they do after the events of FFVII.
