Are the marks on Ruki's neck tattoo's or are they make up? I can't tell, I see them in Shadow Vl ll l and Shadow Vl l as well as this video but not in the others..... Can someone please tell me?

@mryannea It is make-up most likely eye liner. I have heard Ruki doesn't like his jaw line so he covers it up with those lines.
he does it quite often but not all the time.
