Yes, we have mounted it on a Silver Eagle already. Unfortunately, we can't sell it because our new dealer agreement won't allow us to unless Dixie has approved it. We're trying to get it approved now. If you want one send me your contact info and I'll let you know when I can sell it!
No it's not made by rad technologies. We're working with Dixie Chopper to have them mass produce the mounting hardware and get this set-up listed as an "approved" accessory.
Do you have a Dixie Chopper or a Toro? It makes a difference because Dixie Choppers tend to have more Horsepower then the competition, and this really helps whether you're cutting grass or snow blowing.
They're both about the same in regards to belt life, the key is the engine speed at the time of blade engagement. But the electric clutch was necessary in order to meet federal safety guidelines.
are you able to sell this blower and attachments yet for a silver eagle??

@firebirdonnos
Unfortunately not, Dixie won't approve it because installing it requires the mower deck to be removed and
they're trying to come up with a blower that won't make that necessary. Don't know if it'll happen. Sorry.

Yes, all the new Dixie Choppers are coming
in with electric clutches now. They're safer because they stop the blades faster. The
snowblower can go on an older unit without
the electric clutch.

dixie chopper is the complete unit if they have snowblowers now. Do the new units only have electric clutches now?
