Well in that case the term "overpower" is debatable in its own right.

Even if you were to use strategy and wit in physical battles, you would still be technically overpowering/whelming your enemy when it takes effect, even if your side was weaker to begin with.

Well, who said you had to fight completely fair... Wits also means thinking outside the box. Not outskilling your opponent in hand-to-hand combat. Example. Let's say you are fighting a mind reader martial arts master and you have limited combat skills. Think of a deep, dark secret until you can mindfuck him then get free hits while he is overwhelmed.

Dang... you told this story beautifully, Ampchu! Well, it's no wonder... you're one of the best conversationalists I've ever met in my entire time playing Mugen, and you have a great ability to demonstrate worlds colliding in a hilarious and hugely humorous manner. ;)
