Degauss options? What menu? If you mean on the Mac, that thing was destroyed soon after this playful display. Good theory though, reversing the polarity of the magnets to repair the screen. When I have another CRT to destroy, and if I don't mind getting a couple of electrical shocks, I'll try that.

There should be "degauss" option the in menu of the display, try it several times, should get better. If not, try opposite sides of those magnets.
