Adobe After Effects - Convert a Movie to Pictures TUTORIAL

Hi there, i have an intro i made in adobe after effects.

Its an AEP file, but i'd like to know how to change it to something which will work in sony vegas so i can edit.

im not sure, i dont use SV. try exporting your file as a wmv or something else. that may work :P

@VisualDesignFX i have found out, just add it to render queve and select a place to put the video then simply click renter
