Portugal - World Domination - Napoleon Total War

Im very well capable of dominating the world with any faction on very hard.. Especially Britain and Russia (both very easy to handle factions).. But Austria.. Gosh, fuckin hard thing to do..

that's an awesome work dude! what was the difficulty you played with? if it's very hard sp that's really impossible chalange to do except you were very lucky with spain in the begining

@seedo201 right now i don't remember the difficulty, that from an year and half ago, but i think it was VH. With spain it can get really hard sometimes, but what you have to do is stay ally with them as long as you can, when they try something funny, you just go there and wipe them out. When they declared war on me i had some full stacks already, so i just took'em back home, and kicked spains ass :P

the only thing u COULD do from there, is start rebellions in every region, let all the nations rise back up, and beat them back boring. but that would be stupid now wouldn't it?

What is there to do as Portugal? I am playing and they have only 2 little towns, mine and supply. I don't even have a school so I'm being forced to fight Spain for land and actual buildings to have fun.. what did you guys do?

@SwooshParker Also, is there a way to make Portugal a major faction with prestige? Oh and I got a ship and got Spain's islands. I then got Barcelona and liberated it. I got Pamplona but I traded it to Catalonia for war against Spain and France. A few turns later I got Spain and kept it. Catalonia seems strong and took one of France's places. Was this smart?

If anyone has a problem just ask me i have the modded version and its easy, i play as norway, papal states, kingdom of sicily, sweden, ottoman, romania, catalonia, wurtemberg, bavari and looooads of other factions its awesome

Was this on something like easy or normal though because even I have trouble in my French campaign on H/VH battles and havent defeated Prussia or Austria and its 1806

i defeated them all in early september, but i advanced some turns to replenish my armies... (7, 7 around Paris, and 1 in Meclenburg)
