  • just cos he was born where you were.... his genius and hardwork is no reflection on you or your country, hes an individual, like you. get your own life is my advice. hes not the best (nadal, murray, federer all ranked higher) so nationalism is clearly making you blind and/or ignorant.

    but i got to see djokovic practice

    it was AMAZING

    and afterwards, i got 2 autographs from him and he gave me his WRISTBAND

    it was THE best day every

  • No its because people, particulary Americans, think of English and British as the same thing but its not. He's either British or Scottish, depending on how specific you want to be, not English.

  • I think it's fair to say that in order to judge someone in this way you would have to probably LIVE with them? You wasn't the first person to be ignored by him and certainly wont be the last.

  • Congrats to Andy. An amazing win for him tonight. As a Scot & a Brit I'm really proud. Although not a fan of Djokovic he was very gracious tonight. I have to say well done to him also for a great final. Good luck to Andy in the Olympics & the US Open. He'll be no. 6 tomorrow and (I think) only about 400 points behind Davydenko & Ferrer. He'll be no. 4 in no time. This is great for British tennis as well as tennis in general.
