Probably not a real arrest, the kid was probably an officer's son or was friends with the police and wanted to make this vid.

How can I tell? Two reasons..

#1 The officer lets the kid get into the back seat by himself; in a real arrest, the officer maintains control of the perp until secured in the car.

#2 The officer is smiling and not on edge at all. In a real situation the officer would be telling the camera operator to get away from the scene.

heres what happened. i got a ticket and paid it off. my mom cancelled the check she used to pay it and didnt tell me. the city of sugar land issued a warrant for my arrest and i didnt know it. me and two of my friends were driving and my friend chris and bobby and i met up at that gas station. well it looked like we were doing a drug deal so the police showed up and ran our names. turns out i had a warrant and went to jail for 30 minutes.
