This is not a joke but I have to use the analogy of GhostBusters so people would understand how we are going to defeat the new world order. This is not a joke. Think of the nwo as a ghost, if all of us uses our laser guns to contain the ghost we will be able to set the trap and lore the ghost into the ghost trap. If we don't use our laser guns and try to use our ghost trap on the ghost, the ghost will be able to avoid trap because the ghost will be able to manuver away from it.

A sequel made for the sake of making a sequel. Bill Murray fought very hard to stay out of this project and his absence from many scenes shows how he felt. A good try, but a poor effort.

Yeah but they showed the scholeri brothers throwing the table, why didn't they add it in that part? But they did have a deleted scene when Ray tellsthe Mayor he'll be the guy who let New York get sucked down into the tenth level of hell.

Also the harold ramis scene was supposed to be empty I think, not until he says "now" which turns on those tripod trap things

It's very hard to do a good comedy sequel. It's hard to think of any that are better than the 1st. Whereas w/ sci-fi or action pictures, the sequels are often better. I think the difference is comedies really need to be unpredictable & surprise the audience. When you just follow the formula of the 1st movie, you fail. Ghostbusters 2 was as formulaic as they come. Another problem is they barely interacted w/ the ghosts until the climax, unlike Venkman/Slimer & Dana, Louis/terror dog, Ray/library.

Murray didn't like gb 2 because the effects were more important then the actors, he stated that in an interview when confirming gb3 and said he hopes it's more like one and the effects are 2nd place.
