Can we really say that those ints were chokes? Choking implies he was there to make the throw and he caved under pressure and thats why he threw the int. On the contrary, its because brett is a stubborn gunslinger that doesn't care about down distance and situation. His ints are more about him just not caring about the consequences than him choking.

Peyton Manning threw 4000 yards 6 seasons straight also broke Dan Marinos Record for most passing touchdowns in a season in 15 games. Then brady broke Manning record. Also Peyton was only bad against New England in New England. I guess you dont remember when brett favre threw 5int against the rams in the division

What's amazing about Brett Favre is that none of his teams were ever really that good--exceptions being the two super bowl teams and made the 2007 team--yet he still only had one losing season in his entire career....sure he threw a lot of ints but other than Sterling Sharpe in his first few years, he never had a truly great receiver also

His entire starting offensive line was injured in that game agaisnt the Falcons.
There were quite a few blown calls, like the muffed punt that wasn't ruled a fumble. Not to mention the Packers Defense was unable to stop Vick.
So, unless Brett Favre plays defense that game wasn't his fault

You didn't see how many Packers became injured in that game against Atlanta did you??? Did you even watch that game???? You probably didn't. haha. And he didn't blow the superbowl it was just John Elway who made the comeback to win. And in the NFC Championship game against New York, Ryan Grant couldn't really generate any yardage and it was tough for Al Harris to try and stop Plaxico. Burress had almost 200 yards receiving in that game and he's one of the reasons why New York won.

I am a packers fan, but the problem with that game was AL HARRIS. Plaxico Burres would have had about the same yards if NOBODY had guarded him. AL HARRIS is so crappy! He just gets lucky. Anytime he gets an interception, you can tell he was lucky and it floated straight into his hands. TRADE AL HARRIS. DROP AL HARRIS. JUST GET RID OF HIM!

This is a nice tribute and everything but is really not accurate. They should have done some digging and found some of those real gutsy plays...number 10 is the only good example. Instead, they went with token picks that were just normal plays with hype like the SB win. Watch play 10 again and looks just how hard it was to tackle him back in the day......

Favre was hurt throughout the year, had to learn a new system, all new teamates and coaches, had no camp, had mediocre receivers first 11 games and terrible ones the last 5. He was great, even injured through 8-3. the Broncos cheated by faking hurt 6 times in that game because they were afraid of Brett. The inept Mangini and disgraceful defense blew the Jets season. Hey Woody and Ryan: bring Brett back for 09, if he's in camp and Ryan's as good as we think - the Jets are goin to the super bowl!
