@tmwtyh I don’t think these types of teams bring anything positive to a situation; the best way to solve a situation is to diffuse it with mediation. These teams only provoke a situation and make gun men nervous an more likely to kill innocent people in fear of there life. These type of teams should NOT be allowed to operate an money should be put into hostage mediation groups.
