You dont need to be over relaxed or anything, I have practiced parkour for only 6 months now and can roll on concrete from a 8-10 story drop comfortably. The key is to disperse all the downward momentum into forward motion by rolling from the back of 1 shoulder to the back of the opposite hip. Its Science!! =P
Rolling on hard floor hurt anyway, i guess good technic reduce the shock mostly, but just remember that something on your body has to take the shock when you fall, so chose wisely :P
can you post a video of how to roll with an ak47/74 or sombre type of weapon .
