I found it helpful in that it's something NOT to do. The screen is so cluttered. The user has to do so much hunting and pecking. Hopefully, not while driving. I was thinking voice activation might make it easier to use but I don't think it'll make those screens any easier to read. Simplify the user interface and add voice activation.
i have also built a carpc for my jzz30 (in australia) dual core atom330 intel board, blah blah blah, pretty good little unit. i just read the last comment posted on this.
neofateneofate. how do you use remote functions to control the windows' trunks and other actuated parts of the car?? also pnyboy27, what are you using to control your climate control? since youve placed you carpc in its place.
you should post up a pic of your setup..id love to see that! as for other functions, i don't have my carpc controlling my windows, trucks, etc. its just music and navi mainly. as for my climate control, all i did was move it down. so i'm still using my stock control.
yea..its roadrunner with dfx 2.0. i now have dfx 3.0 and havnt posted a video of that yet..but i probably will..a few minor differences..but generally the same..great skin..i love it!
the build was all custom. the program though, im using road runner which can be downloaded, and then there are tons of different skins you can choose from
Hi! This is great! I am going to save up and try to do something similar in my Sc... Is this a special application that you can download and install or something?
