Funny what you call innovative.... we have had good infrastructure for decades now in the Netherlands. Not only on a bridge, on ALL roads with average and higher traffic pressure. Nevertheless, I find it great that there is such enthusiasm for cycling in the US. Make it cycling heaven, and we will certainly come over to cycle by the hundreds!
