It doesn't actually change colour when I click CRTL + U.

This is because Color Overlay is ticked (Layer > Layer Style > Color Overlay) you can change the colour that way aswell but for exact colours CTRL + U is better.

yes, the program is photoshop. you can save it as a jpeg, gif, png, etc.

You need to open the folder and make one visable.

E.g. the nike folder has the styles in.

SS'09 is a totally different style on FMGlive.

09 templates are in the latest template pack found on the first page in the template section of FMGlive's SS'08 forum under kits.
