This guy is a phony! These liberals love to sit around in their protected Congressional, East coast world and flatter each other. They live in a bubble. Undall, John Kerry and most all Dems are hostage to the tree huggers. Wind and solar are a ridiculous expense in hard times. Unless subsidized by the taxpayer they are not profitable. Sure, we all care about the environment, but China and India are not agreeing to the rules. As Sarah Palin says: Drill, baby drill for oil and go nuclear!
