Jolt was a walking Product Placement for the Chevy Volt, and it's inner electrical systems, hence "Jolt" And his electro whips. Also, all kinds of G2 Love there. JOLT, the VOLT, has ELECTRO Whips that'll make you SIZZLE! lol, laser rods were the shit back in the day, but back on topic, Jolt was killed mostly dut to the fact that Chevy didn't want the volt in part four..

One minor note. In the Concept art and in the film, all four of his tires comprise the bulk of his thighs. Furthermore, although the blades are a nice touch, if you look closely at the weapons on the toy, you can see they have the texture of his electro-whips. That said, awesome job as always. I like the serious expression that you gave him, as opposed to the eager young rookie that his bio makes him out to be.
