I feel as if I can't watch any video about foreign-inspired food without seeing the comment section full of uppity know-it-all bastards claiming that 'so-so is wrong,' or 'ur too white to know how the cook this right.'
Seriously, when the ass did the world of simple home cooking become a battlefield?
Why 'non-Asian' ppl always fancy putting peanuts, peanut butter or any weird shit in traditional Asian dishes like a noodle dish...And Asians don't eat cold noodles....
Tsukemen is an Asian dish. It's a combination of cold ramen noodles with a hot dipping soup. It's a summer dish in Japan. And peanut sauce (satay sauce or sambal kacang) is widely used in Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese cooking. What are you talking about?
Hmm, perhaps instead of rice vinegar you can sub it with fresh squeezed lemon? Either method, it looks really easy and most important of all, deeeeeeelicious.
My, i'm appalled. no one at my house will EVER serve this on chinese new year! seriously, who would literally cut their noodles! -____- o____0

looks yummy! I noticed you serve it cold is it meant to be that way? Would it be bad to reheat it in the pan to serve warm? Thanks for showing
