This and the Omega Metroid in Fusion are the only boss fights with a timer. Corruption sort of counts and you hp is slowly going down (...up really) to your doom. Never played M so idk about that one.

@RicardoSForever ??? What game did you think I mean? In Echoes you run until you mean Dark Samus, and after you beat her (it) you escape in a cut scene. In Fusion you run to where your ship is, fight and kill the Omega Metroid, and then jump in your ship that flies right in front of you. Hardly a challenging feet at that point. All the other timers happen after the final boss (to my knowledge), but not those 2.
