Dead right. Party politics just screws debate up. All you need are right-minded people, albeit with limited power.

Red or Blue? Wrong debate. You don't know how lucky you are Americans. You've got the Constitution. You don't need political parties. The candidates just milk you dry. All you need is a well controlled government. I mean control by the courts of law. They would keep the government in line with the Constitution. End of story. Partisan debate is there just to destruct you, to make you lose focus on the real issues.

I think the next guest Judge needs get on the show is a hard line democrat. That would be awesome. I love this show, but sometimes I want to see an argument or debate.
